Also constructed to prevent the passing of flame through the baffle filter for safety and kitchen fire prevention. The aerodynamically designed twin baffle structure allows for maximum air flow and grease separation causing the it to runoff quickly and dripless into a collection trough due to the baffles smooth surface.
