Description Hydrometer (for monitoring developer concentration) Water Based Developers such as ZP-5B Water Suspendable Developer and ZP-14A Water Soluble Developer are designed for optimum performance within a specific concentration range. If the hydrometer reading is high, the concentration is high and water is generally added. If the reading is low, developer is added to the bath.
